Raven declares slow 3rd spell. All 3 opponents slowed, 1 attack each - missed 3 times. Damien moves towards a mammoth-cyclopskin to throw 4sider 13hpt. Blindhelm prepares stream and vapor wand discharge - 6d6 steam blast for 15hpt.

Mammoths begin charge on Blindhelm, luckily avoid natural 20 with last stoneskin, now 0. Cyclopskin misses. Damien throws 4sider to backside of mammoth-9hpt. Frost giant hits for 14hpt. Raven casts burning hands - 23hpt to frost giant and giant troll #1.Hill giant closes to attack, misses. Blindhelm strikes mammoth -12hpt. Hit by mammoth for 8hpt. Damien sounds a telepathic alert in latter half of round- DRAGONS - GET OUT. Three white dragons with ogre magi mounts land, 2 to Raven-Damien, 1 to Blindhelm. Surprising group, prepare to breath following round.

Initiative rolled, (10 to 6) party losses. Breaths and cones go off, Raven reduce to 4hpt, Damien immune. Blindhelm reduced to 64hpt. Raven-Damien uses teleport w/o error scroll - last one used, escape to submerged Mudship. Blindhelm uses Cage-rod to escape to maelstrom demi-plane. Breaths also hit trolls and mammoth with desired effect.
Day 124 continued...
Blindhelm retreats to the blue and white marble pantheon on the maelstrom demi-plane. Spends two hours waiting, casting minimal cure light wound spells, then cage-rods back to battlefield. The site is abandoned, bodies looted, so Blindhelm makes his way to the submerged Mudship to meet Raven and company. Blindhelm makes a lizard transformation before swimming to the boat.
Raven, once back to the Mudship, goes immediately to rest for later spell recuperation.
Raven rememorizes spells, with 3; 5th teleport change. Raven and Blindhelm teleports to Diescroth to begin Blindhelm's training to 6th level priest. Zenar takes on the task of training. Raven contacts Zachery and Bellam to prepare for another northern expedition. Raven and Zachery begin scroll writings - 6th level beating heart spells and 1 charm monster 4th for Raven (6+1+6+1+6+1+4=25) all ink consumed in attempts, one failure(beating heart), three succeed at 11th level ability. Zachery attempts 2 stoneskin 4th, 2 slow 3rd, 2 haste 3rd spells (4+1+4+1+3+1+3+1+3+1+3 = 25) all are successful at 10th level. Ink remaining 1 stoneskin, 6 charm monster, 1 slow, 1 haste, 5 fly, 5 fireball, 3 contingency, 2 control weather, 1 deathfog.

Ardon takes the book of infinite spells to the cathedral of Istus, to trade writing of restoration for a regeneration spell. Three copies are made before the page turns, 3rd level Maximillan's Stony Grasp p.26 TM. Two are kept for the writing, Ardon returns with 1 restoration 7th and 1 regeneration 7th scroll in the name of Istus. Ardon also delivers the helm of Icar to Orion the dwarven blacksmith on the Isle of Bergerac. Requests modifications for sight - a visor in helmet. Orion accepts the commission. Helm altered 27 days later, Day 151.
Bellam travels to Hippotiere's Three Horned Bazaar to have two shields and an alchemy jug identified. Also secures 8 vials of the most lethal poison for the adventure north. Total bill: 12,750 GP - 6500gpv in 13 electrum bars, 6000gpv in 10 platinum bars, 250gpv, 31,161 cp with tip- Standard identifying 250 gp each, poison 1500 for each vial.
